Shipping & Returns
We process orders for shipping Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they
will ship within 1-2 days of being placed. Most orders will ship USPS
unless expedited shipping is paid for at time of order. International
orders will ship via DHL. Standard USPS shipping is free on domestic
orders over $75, expedited shipping may be purchased at checkout.
International shipping calculated at checkout.
In-store pick-up orders should be ready for pick-up the day the store
is open after you place it. You will receive a confirmation email when
it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pick-up an order
in store sooner, please call the store.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at the email below and we will be happy to take care of it for you.
Items may be returned for in-store credit or exchange. Returns must
be in original condition as sold - unused with all labels and packaging
intact and undamaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by
since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you an in-store credit
or exchange – it’s yours, enjoy! Orders shipped internationally cannot
be returned. Books, patterns, needles, notions, kits, sale items,
discontinued items and wound yarn are not returnable.

Was only able to attend Saturday. Pot luck was awesome, with the exception of two desserts. They were served way later. Would have been nice to know that. I would have saved room. The fashion show was not spectacular, but I’m sure there were lessons learned. I was glad I went and would go again in a heartbeat.
