Intro to Mosaic Knitting
Are you a knitter looking to grow your knitting knowledge or want to try a new technique? This class will be exploring the basics of mosaic color work knitting. The Pressed Flowers Kerchief is the perfect pattern to get comfortable with this fun technique. You will also walk away with a beautiful kerchief, wanting to make more. It is super addicting and they make cute and wonderful gifts.

Skills Needed: Basic Knitting Knowledge, Knit and Purl Stitches, Casting On, Binding Off,
Skills you will gain: Learn how to set up and start knitting in mosaic, how to create color work using slipped stitches, Begin to learn and understand terminology within a pattern and how to read and understand a small chart, basic shawl shaping using Increases and Decreases.
Supplies: 1 Skeins of Urth Uneek Worsted and 1 Skein of Urth Harvest Worsted Other options are Yarn Citizen Unity Worsted, or any worsted weight yarn preferably 2 different colors with high contrast, Needles Size US 6 (4MM) Circular or straight, Stitch Markers
*At least 1 skein of class yarn must be purchased from Fox River Fibers. All supplies purchased for the class will be 10% off. Printed and electronic pattern will be provided.

We process orders for shipping Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they
will ship within 1-2 days of being placed. Most orders will ship USPS
unless expedited shipping is paid for at time of order. International
orders will ship via DHL. Standard USPS shipping is free on domestic
orders over $75, expedited shipping may be purchased at checkout.
International shipping calculated at checkout.
In-store pick-up orders should be ready for pick-up the day the store
is open after you place it. You will receive a confirmation email when
it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pick-up an order
in store sooner, please call the store.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at the email below and we will be happy to take care of it for you.
Items may be returned for in-store credit or exchange. Returns must
be in original condition as sold - unused with all labels and packaging
intact and undamaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by
since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you an in-store credit
or exchange – it’s yours, enjoy! Orders shipped internationally cannot
be returned. Books, patterns, needles, notions, kits, sale items,
discontinued items and wound yarn are not returnable.
