Intro to Crochet
Want to crochet, but not sure where to start? Maybe you know a little crochet but you don’t know what to do next. You’re in the right place! We’ve created this class to teach you the basics of Crochet and walk you through reading a pattern and getting you on the path to creating amazing things in crochet.
Class size limit 4
Finished Project: Sample squares to turn into a table runner or if you add more squares a blanket
Skills you will gain: 1st session: chain, single crochet, 2nd Session: double crochet, half double crochet, building stitch height 3rd session: crocheting a granny square, color work using a chart, reading a pattern 4th session: Seaming, joining, adding edging,
Supplies: 2 skeins (@ 220yds) worsted weight yarn two different colors both lighter so you can see stitch definition, US H 5mm crochet hook, pen, paper, folder.
Class yarn must be purchased from Fox River Fibers. All supplies purchased for the class will be 10% off. Printed and electronic pattern will be provided.
Date & Time: The first 4 Saturdays in in February, April, June, August and October 9:30AM-10:30AM
Cost: $20 plus supplies
Shipping & Returns
We process orders for shipping Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they
will ship within 1-2 days of being placed. Most orders will ship USPS
unless expedited shipping is paid for at time of order. International
orders will ship via DHL. Standard USPS shipping is free on domestic
orders over $75, expedited shipping may be purchased at checkout.
International shipping calculated at checkout.
In-store pick-up orders should be ready for pick-up the day the store
is open after you place it. You will receive a confirmation email when
it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pick-up an order
in store sooner, please call the store.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at the email below and we will be happy to take care of it for you.
Items may be returned for in-store credit or exchange. Returns must
be in original condition as sold - unused with all labels and packaging
intact and undamaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by
since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you an in-store credit
or exchange – it’s yours, enjoy! Orders shipped internationally cannot
be returned. Books, patterns, needles, notions, kits, sale items,
discontinued items and wound yarn are not returnable.
